Napolcom Exam Schedule 2023 & Requirements

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Entrance Exam is among the most important examinations for aspiring Philippine National Police (PNP) officers. This rigorous exam is designed to test the knowledge, skills, and abilities of potential candidates before they can be admitted to the PNP.

Napolcom Qualifications

The PNP ENTRANCE EXAMINATION is open to all Filipino citizens who meet the age, height, and educational requirements.

  1. Must be a Filipino citizen.
  2. Must be between the ages of 21 and 30 years old.
  3. At least 1.57 meters (5.2feet) in height for males*
  4. At least 1.52 meters (5 feet) for females*
  5. Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  6. Must not have any criminal record or involvement in any illegal activities.

Napolcom Entrance Exam Schedule 2023

Napolcom announces the opening of the Online Application through the NORIS starting November 07, 2023, until November 07, 2023, for the PNP Entrance Examination and the Promotional Exam.

The Schedule for the Napolcom PNP Entrance Exam and Promotional Exam is set for December 10, 2023.

Napolcom also conducts Computer-Assisted Examination (CAEx). Unlike the Pen and Paper Test in which the venue is nationwide meaning everyone from different provinces can take it, the CaEx venue is in Quezon City, particularly in:

Napolcom Online Application

Before you can take the examination, you need to apply online first. Napolcom has an online portal called NORIS which is a web-based registration, submission, and printing out of an application form for the PNP Entrance and Promotional Exam. Check out our NORIS Registration Process for your guide.

Napolcom Exam Requirements

Here are the requirements that you need to prepare:

  • One (1) government-issued ID with signature (National ID, SSS, GSIS, Voter’s, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, PRC, etc.);
  • Passport size photo with name tag (without cap) with white background and complete name tag (indicate rank before the first, middle, and last names, if PNP member);
  • Specimen Signature.

Napolcom Passing Score

Those who pass this examination are conferred by the NAPOLCOM, the PNP Entrance Eligibility which is appropriate for appointment to the rank of Patrolman/woman, as prescribed under sec. 30 of Republic Act No. 6975, as amended by Republic Act No. 8551.
